one-to-one

collaboration includes:

  • An opening session to find our footing and decide where to begin

  • Weekly or bi-weekly sessions to open up, sharpen your perspective, and build together

  • Bespoke resources to support your mind and body along the way

  • Messaging between sessions to work through what ordinarily comes up

Structure:

  • three month minimum commitment

  • Monthly retainer begins at $2,500
